JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Front Office Manager for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department.
- Ensure that all services provided are anticipatory, promoting outstanding / exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
- Reports directly to the Front Office Manager and ensures the Front Office operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Manage the Front Office Manager’s duties during his/her absence
- Supervise all Front Office/ Bell Service/ Operator personnel and offer managerial assistance when needed and anticipated
- Monitor group activity, allocating groups together where possible, ensuring a smooth process, and communicating arrival times to relevant departments
- Take every opportunity to be a “salesperson” by active selling of special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel
- Act as a Departmental Trainer to perform Training and Quality Control Checks
- Efficiently handle complaints and any crisis management

- Experience in same position is an advantage. International resort or hotel experienced is preferred. Sales experience in 4-5 star hotel at least 2 year (1st priority).
