- Greets and registers guests, provide prompt, courteous services and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, provides information regarding hotel facilities and guest accommodation to meet hotel international's high standards of quality.
- Responsible to follow hotel Rules and Regulations and all operational procedures of the Front Office department.
- Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues.
- Performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary.Quyền lợi được hưởng
- 2 months of probation with FULL salary and service charge
- Work 8hours/day, 1.5 day off/week (by morning & afternoon shift, following hotel operation)
- Monthly salary and bonus 13th month salary at year end

- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.

- Experience in same position and experience using OPERA hotel system is an advantage.
