- Introduce services in the hotel and also local culture and heritage for guests
- Check with guests and find out personal preferences before they arrive
- Receive guests and do separate check-in procedures, introduce rooms and facilities to guests
- Arrange celebrations for special occasions (eg birthdays) for guests
- Proactively find opportunities to communicate with guests, find out and recommend services towards a personalized experience for each customer
- Receive reservations when needed, and put accurate information on the system, confirm for guests
- Support guests' requests during their stay
- Always check customer satisfaction
- Settlement of complaints, action to restore services promptly, properly reporting
- Prepare in advance and do separate check-out procedures to ensure accurate bills
- Implementation of closing shift reports
- Arrange and organize the work area clean, tidy and tidy.
- Comply with brand name service standards, always show the spirit and professional image

- Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort is of advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with personable character, good at cultivating strong guest relations.
- Good command in spoken and written English
