- Report directly to General Manager, Owner ‘s Representative, Managing Director.
- Liaise with all other departments, Hotel General Managers, and the Management team and owning company as required.
- As a Chief Accountant of the Hotel, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department as described in the Hotel Manual of all properties. You provide the Owners, Management company, and Hotel Management with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data. You are also responsible for managing the audit function in the Hotel to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Implement and establish a system of Cost Control in regards to Purchasing goods, supervise the receiving and storage departments, assist the Food & Beverage department in pricing, and prepare various Cost Controller’s reports. Maintains the list of Fixed Assets, Equipment and Tools.
- As a Purchaser, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Purchasing section.Quyền lợi được hưởng

EDUCATION/ PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar qualification.
- At least 5 to 7 years’ demonstrated accounting – purchasing experience in the same capacity preferably in 3* or 4* hotels, preferably in a hospitality and quality with a background that includes forecasting and budgeting. And 3 to 5 years of experience as a Chef Accountant.
