Schedule, delegate tasks to Front Officers and supervise daily operation.
Coordinate with Reservation and Sales & Marketing in following up reservation forecast and special requests, if any.
Ensure outstanding guest care with friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanour at all times.
Courteously and accurately answer inquiries from potential guests and accept hotel reservations.
Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding reservation, hotel information and guest concerns.
Use suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel Front office team members to ensure a quality operation.
Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking guests' references and special requests.
Monitor the EPBX equipment and assisting incoming and outgoing calls, setting wake-up calls, notice and met up in-house guest's order.
Resolve guest issues, complains, problems in a quick, efficient to maintain high level of service satisfaction a quality service of the Hotel.Administrative & General Responsibilities
Support Assistant Front Office Manager in executing standard operating procedures and support implementation in the outlet.
Participate in job training plan across the department and implement in all aspects of Front Office professionals; manage the subordinate's performance and conduct appraisal if needed.
Actively participate in personnel discussions, such as counselling, performance management and general staffing matters.
Attend department's meetings on a period basis or as required and support in practicing initiatives discussed at meetings. Others

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field ( At least graduated high school)
At least three-year working experience in Front Office department with one year work in senior position.
Knowledge of Smile/Opera/ Fidelio or other PMS and in Microsoft office program are required
Excellent communication skills in native and foreign language (English and/or others).
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Leadership Skills.
