• Prepare weekly roster, ensuring manning power is managed effectively and efficiently at all times
• Supervise and assist the restaurant star on a daily basis
• Assist in processing the daily cash sheets in conjunction with others supervisor and manager
• Participate in planning, coordinating and implementing food & beverage menus into the department operation
• Conduct daily briefings to every service function and liaise with Kitchen department to manage the operation
• Work with other departments to supervise all aspects of stock deliveries and accurate and updated data records
• Follow closely with weekly order statement to ensure that stock levels are maintained and handled well
• Supervise the department’s operation and handle incidents properly with satisfied service quality given
• Act as duty manager on rotation basis (role shared with other supervisors and manager)
• Support other supervisors and FB service star at peak times; undertake any operational duties to ensure guest expectation is met
ADMINISTRATIVE & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support FB Manager in evaluating star in periodic term
• Conduct on-job training plan and appraise the performance
• Attend department’s meetings on a period basis or as required and support in practicing initiatives discussed at meetings.
• Conduct administrative documents needed as to ensure improvement in service quality and operation efficiency

• University education completed and some technical or certification training preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of Food and Beverage serving etiquette and POS
