- Advanced experiences of all front desk tasks. Familiar with other operational tasks within hotel (housekeeping, front desk, fnb....)
- Arrange roster for front desk staff, coordinate with other department head
- Be familiar with property safety, first aid and emergency procedures
- Conduct shift briefing frequently to ensure hotel requirement are well known among team
- In charge of recruiting, training & motivate front desk team, improve staff behavior and skills up to hotel chain standard.
- Handle guests complaint & issues or advise other staff to conduct
- Audit all transaction/ payment by cash/ credit card/ moto
- Understand OTA extranet, hotel PMS
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk/ reception area and other public area
- Active in training, cultivate team to focus on delivering detailed and professional service
- Departmental paper work

- Front desk / Operation/ Hospitality experience at least 1 year.
- Good appearance and grooming.
