Mô tả công việc

• Work with Clients and Government Departments:
- Work closely with clients and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing quality service:
+ Be responsible for processing payroll for clients.
+ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, yearly PIT reports.
+ Answer simple inquiries from client and client’s employees when required.
- Directly work with Government Departments to submit required documents.
• Work with internal departments:
- Bill and follow up client's pre-agreed credit terms to make debtor control.
- Supervises, assists and reviews the work of Payroll Officer and juniors.
• Other related tasks assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’ s Degree (Human Resources / Business Administration / Law/ Accounting or other relevant fields).
- At least 3-year experiences in C&B role with strong background in C&B. Good knowledge of labor law, PIT law, Social insurance law and other related regulation.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Time management, organization skills and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, hardworking, responsible.
- Good at Microsoft Office, HR software.
- Age: under 30 years old.

- Working time: 08 hours/day, from Monday to Friday.
- Working place: Vina Payroll Outsourcing Co., Ltd – Hanoi Branch: 12th floor, Indochina Plaza, 241 Xuan Thuy Street, Cau Giay Dist., Ha Noi.
