Managerial
· Manage the execution of F&B operating strategy that is aligned with the brand's business strategy and ensure performance and budget goals are achieved and exceeded
· Hold regular, on-going communication in all areas of food and beverage (e.g., pre-meal briefings, staff meetings, culinary team etc.)
· Identify development needs, coach, mentor and help team members to improve their knowledge and skills, lead by example
· Monitor the property's actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded and opportunities are identified and addressed
· Make recommendations of new F&B products and concepts to meet or exceed customer expectations, generate increased revenue and ensure a competitive position in the market
Technical
· Develop and manage F&B budget and be responsible for reviewing and reporting of F&B’s performance against budget
· Estimate cost-benefit ratio, maintain balance between profit and service satisfaction
· Make recommendations for CAPEX spending for F&B equipment and innovation in accordance with brand business strategy
· Identify areas of concern and develop strategies to improve the property financial performance in F&B areas
· Monitor cash control and liquor control policies are in place in food and beverage areas and followed by all related employees at the property
· Identify and propose opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and driving necessary change
· Review findings from comment cards and guest satisfaction results with F&B team and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken and share such findings with property leadership
· Contribute to training of employees, participate in the PSQ training and lecture at IIHC as and when requestedQuyền lợi được hưởng

SKILLS
· Strong competency in the following areas: customer need assessment, customer satisfaction evaluation, budgeting and accounting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and problem solving
· Strong knowledge of F&B trends
· Strong leadership skills to effectively manage multifunctional teams to achieve a high level of performance and exceed targets
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to coordinate multiple work-streams and prioritize different business needs
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
PROFILE
· Bachelor degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related major from a recognized university
· 3 to 5 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional areas with sufficient supervisory experience for a leading international hotel chain
· Demonstrated knowledge customer and personal service principles and processes, management of financial and material resources, administration and management, as well as applied business knowledge
· Demonstrated progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
